Delivery Information
Shipping is Charged at £8.07 unless a current promotion is running. for example on all orders over £100 shipping is not charged. Once your order is received, we always endeavour to send your items out the same day, by either UPS or Royal Mail depending on the products ordered. However, if we do not have your desired product in stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date. You will receive notifications at each stage of the transaction, and email confirmation of when your order has shipped, with if relevant a tracking code.
Privacy Policy
Lights for home and H Lilley & Co Ltd do not share any of the personal information given to us. We will never divulge any of your personal details, by which we mean your name and address or email address, to any third party for them to market un-related products or services to you. We may use your details to advise you of money saving offers, or major changes at www.hlilleyelectricalandplumbing.co.uk. We personalise your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations and special offers about products that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store. Ordering We currently only accept payment through Paypal. Once the funds have been deposited and cleared in our account we will process your order and send a receipt of acknowledgment of your order. We shall use our best endeavours to send the goods out on the same day by one of our chosen carriers, but do not guarantee this. If goods are not in stock we will inform you of this and the expected despatch date of your order.
Cancellation and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order please email Lights for Home in the first instance. Please note that if the goods have already been despatched before cancellation has been made you are required to return the goods at your own cost before a refund can be made. If any items are damaged in transit, please contact us. If any products received are faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement and collect the damaged or faulty goods.
